Anything you regret in life, you needed to happen so you could learn yourself.

If there’s one thing I know a lot about, it’s relationships. I was just so embarrassed about things I’ve actually allowed myself to go through that I never wanted to speak on it, but now I want to help someone from making the same mistakes. First things first – how to deal with heartbreak. You have to deal with it the RIGHT way or you’ll never be able to heal and truly move on. Stop running back to an ex or someone you don’t even care about to fill a void. Stop distracting yourself with liquor. Stop going backwards! Because once those distractions aren’t available and you’re alone, you’re going to have to deal with the pain you were trying to avoid. You’re going to have to deal with it eventually so instead, figure out what you did wrong to avoid making the same mistakes again, work on yourself so that when the right time and person comes along it’s RIGHT. If you don’t, you’ll never heal and carry the baggage from your last relationship into another and never be happy. It all starts with YOU.
